Finding the best blueberry muffin recipe

I don’t like blueberries on their own, but I do like them in baked goods, especially blueberry muffins. In fact, it’s one of my favorite breakfast foods.

It’s blueberry season here in New Jersey at our farmers markets, which means I’m again trying to make blueberry muffins. But the recipes I’ve tried in the past, including one earlier this summer, fall a little flat with me. The one I tried a few weeks ago was lacking sugar or something. It was very bland.

So I’m looking for great blueberry muffin recipes. They can be your own, a family recipe or something you’ve spotted on a website that you love. Send me your suggested recipes via e-mail at jenconnic@gmail.com. Make a pitch for why I should try the recipe because if I can’t imagine myself trying every single recipe sent to me (but I will try to use as many as I can). Even if I don’t use it, I’ll try to include it on the blog.

I’m sure if my co-workers are reading this they may start drooling because there is no way I’m going to be able to eat dozens of muffins. They’ll reap the benefits of this experiment.
